1. Scope of these terms

These general terms apply to any promotional offer BAGGYBET PTY LTD may make available to existing account holders, where and as permitted by law. Advertising of gambling inducements to the public is restricted in New South Wales and we comply with those restrictions: no offers are published on this website, and nothing on this page is an offer. Each promotion, when one exists, has its own specific terms provided with the offer; the specific terms and these general terms apply together, with the specific terms prevailing over any inconsistency.

2. Eligibility

• Offers are available only to verified account holders aged 18+, resident in Australia, and only where lawful in the recipient's state or territory.
• Customers who are self-excluded with us, registered with BetStop, on a time-out, or subject to an account restriction are never eligible and are excluded automatically.
• One participation per person per offer, unless the specific terms state otherwise.
• We may exclude customers from offers where required for responsible gambling reasons — and we treat that duty as overriding any promotional consideration.

3. Offer mechanics

Specific terms for each promotion state: the qualifying action; the benefit; the period during which the offer runs; any markets, bet types or payment methods excluded; and any cap on the benefit. Benefits have no cash value except as expressly stated, cannot be transferred, and expire as the specific terms provide (or after 14 days where they are silent).

4. Turnover (wagering) requirements

Where a promotional benefit is subject to a turnover requirement, the specific terms state the multiple, the minimum odds that count toward it, and the deadline. Turnover requirements are always disclosed with the offer, before you accept it — never introduced afterwards. Bets that are voided, cashed out or placed on excluded markets do not count toward turnover unless the specific terms say otherwise.

5. Cancellation, errors and abuse

We may withdraw or amend a promotion prospectively at any time; participation already completed under the published terms is honoured. We may cancel a benefit, and re-settle or void associated bets, where the offer was distributed or credited in error, or where we reasonably determine fraud, abuse or breach — including multi-accounting, colluding to hedge qualifying bets, or exploiting a technical fault. Decisions under this section can be challenged through our complaints process.

6. Responsible gambling comes first

Gambling can be harmful, and no promotion changes that. Benefits are never conditioned on chasing losses, betting beyond your limits, or reversing a withdrawal.
